Carl-Johan: Functional Studio

The apartment Studio is located in a calm area with a surprising amount of good facilities, such as convenient stores, special stores, and restaurants nearby. The location is great for students attending any university; the University of Economics – Varna is 10 minutes away by foot, the Medical University’s main building is 15 minutes walking distance, and Varna Free University – my university – is simply reached with 5 minutes of walking to the bus stop and then a bus ride of 20 minutes.

Walking into central Varna takes 15–20 minutes and within that range you will find everything which classifies the city as a city – night life, bars, cafés, etc.

The apartment fits one person well with enough space for groceries, clothes, and friends over. A good word to describe the apartment would be functional, an example is the sofa which can turn into a very comfortable bed. The kitchen has a large total working area which is great if you, like me, like to cook.

Drawbacks of the apartment is that it is not the most modern interior and kitchen wares. This is not a problem in itself, unless you are an interior designer. Also, there has been some problems with bad odours earlier. Even though this has been resolved, there can still be some mild remnants occasionally.

It has been somewhat time consuming when trying to find a parking spot for my car, which will only be a problem if you have a car.

I have enjoyed my stay here during these two months, and I would stay here again if I was to return.

Note: The Studio is not any more a Lecti apartment. See instead Sava – it is in the vicinity!
